Standing fermentation

The rosés wines are produced from red grapes, with a very short skin contact period (50%) of a few hours and direct pressing (50%), finally the fermentation at low temperature, the same as for whites. We stop the fermentation by filtering the wine to the tangential, which allows us to reduce sulphites.

Characters :
Medium-dry rosé wine with a salmon colour, this wine very famous all around the world represent very well the two grapes (Grolleau and Gamay). Like the Cabernet d’Anjou is very fruity, taste of red berries, english candy, some grapefruit flavour. Serve at 8/10°C (fridge temperature), with mix salads, poultry, japanese food, bbq and for all the day. Low in alcohol and full of fruit.
