Standing fermentation

Rosé de Loire is made from red grapes, with a very short period of skin contact of few hours. Then we empty the tank and separate soaking juice drop of juice press. Fermentation begins at low temperatures for three weeks during the fermentation we try to keep the acidity and carbon dioxide coming to help us keep a balance of freshness and fruitiness. Characters :
Rose sustained a dry color, the palate as the nose, it is full of fresh, fruity red fruits (raspberries) and roundness. Young perfectly balanced wine to drink in its first year, tasting at 8-10 ° C. Serve with cold meats, salads, rustic buffet, pies and traditional dish. An excellent rosé for the spring and summer time.
