Standing fermentation

Fermentation takes place in vats at low temperatures for longer fermentation, favoring the development of aromas.

Character:
Fresh wine, fruity and dry, its color is pure yellow and clear. On the nose, there is the bouquet of Chenin (yellow fruit, floral). It is a frank and typed wine that has both fine and fruity.
